Terms applying to requests, bookings and services.
Nature of the service
Two regimes coexist and must be distinguished. For car rental, Azur acts as an intermediary: the rental contract is between the client and the rental company. For fixed-price transfers, Azur sells the service in its own name and has it performed by a licensed, insured transport operator.
Pricing
Transfer prices shown are firm and all inclusive, with no surcharge for flight delays. Rental rates are indicative and confirmed in the written proposal sent to the client.
Deposit and insurance (rental)
The deposit, excess and insurance terms are set by the supplying rental company and confirmed before booking. They are neither collected nor guaranteed by us.
Cancellation
