The 911 is the card on our pages built for the whole stay rather than the single morning. Four seats — the second row takes children, or the bags from the market — two rated bags in the front boot, and a roof that opens in traffic. Most of what we arrange is booked for an occasion. This one gets booked for the fortnight, driven to dinner, driven to the beach, driven for no reason on the third evening because the road over the hill was empty. It is the one car in this catalogue you would happily use to fetch bread.
The ladder inside the range is short and honest. The Carrera 4S and Carrera S cabriolets hold 450 hp; the Carrera 4 GTS adds thirty; the Turbo S carries 650 in either body. The choice between the Turbo S roofs is the only real fork: the cabriolet belongs to the season, the coupé to the client for whom the driving matters more than the weather.
One thing we will say plainly, because most rental pages will not: on an August afternoon in the port traffic, a 911 moves at walking pace like everything else. What you are renting is the other hours — the early corniche, the evening run inland, the fact that the car never asks to be saved for a special day. That is the whole argument for this badge, and it is a good one.

Is the 911 available outside the summer season?
Our coast programme runs April to October. Outside that window, send the dates anyway: we ask the network before answering, and we answer either way.
Where is the car delivered?
At your villa, hotel or a named point anywhere between Saint-Tropez and Nice, and at a pre-agreed meeting point on the arrivals side if you land at Nice. The point is fixed before you book, not negotiated on the day.
